  Suspension & Closure

  goa9 reserve the right to close or suspend your account without any given notice and reason which may result to forfeiture of funds and winnings from your account if:

  More than one member account (duplicate / multiple account) and or deliberately act as bonus abuser.
  
  (b)
  goa9 consider that you have used the website, downloaded software and applications in a fraudulent manner or for illegal and/or unlawful or improper purposes.
  
  (c)

5. Settlement & Payout

  Where there is an event without an official "off" declared, the advertised kick off time of the event will be deemed the "off".   Late bets is advertently accepted after a event/match has commenced (kick-off), bets will be settled as follows:

  आपको इस वेबसाइट पर केवल रजिस्टर्ड अकाउंट रखने की ही अनुमति है। यदि आपने एक से अधिक मैम्बरशिप अकाउंट खोले हैं, तो आपके द्वारा खोले गए सभी अकाउंट अवरुद्ध या बंद होने के पात्र होंगे। goa9 के पास सभी खातों को बंद करने या निलंबित करने या सिंगल मेम्बर अकाउंट को अनुमति देने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है तथा बाकि के अकाउंट ब्लॉक करके बंद कर दिए जाएंगे। इसके परिणामस्वरूप, आपका रुपया और आपकी जीत की राशि मेम्बर अकाउंट से ज़ब्त हो सकती है। नियम 2.3 देखें।
  
  2.1.6
  हमारे साथ अकाउंट रजिस्टर करने के लिए आपकी आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। किसी भी मेम्बर से उम्र का प्रमाण मांगने और अकाउंट को तब तक निलंबित करने का अधिकार हमारे पास सुरक्षित है जब तक कि संतोषजनक दस्तावेज उपलब्ध और सत्यापित नहीं हो जाते।
  
  2.1.7
  रजिस्ट्रेशन और वेबसाइट तक पहुंच (goa9 वैकल्पिक या अन्य यूआरएल, डाउनलोड एप्लिकेशन, मोबाइल एप सहित) फिलीपींस, संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका (यूएसए), ताइवान, हांग कोंग, सिंगापुर से किसी भी क्षेत्र, देश और अधिकार क्षेत्र से एक्सेस करने के लिए प्रतिबंधित है। जहां इस तरह के अनधिकृत दांव से संबंधित सभी लेनदेन शून्य हो जाएंगे और आपका अकाउंट निलंबित/बंद कर दिया जाएगा।
  
  2.1.8
  आप ही यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए ज़िम्मेदार हैं कि आपके देश या राज्य के कानून आपको अकाउंट रजिस्टर करने, वेबसाइट तक पहुंचने, सॉफ़्टवेयर को चलाने और डाउनलोड करने तथा इंस्टॉल करने के लिए कानूनी तौर पर प्रतिबंधित नहीं करते हैं।

  आप मानते हैं कि गेम्स में भाग लेने और खेलने से अपने बेटिंग अकाउंट में जमा पैसे गँवाने या हारने के जोखिम से सहमत हैं।

2. 2.2
  मेम्बर अकाउंट डिटेल्स
  
  2.2.1
  आपको अपना पासवर्ड हमेशा गोपनीय रखना चाहिए। सभी बेट मान्य होंगे यदि आपका यूजर नेम और पासवर्ड का इस्तेमाल करके लॉगिन सफलता से हुआ हो फिर चाहे वो आपके द्वारा अधिकृत किया गया हो या नहीं अथवा आपकी तरफ से किसी और ने लॉगिन किया हो। नियम 2.3 देखें।
  
  2.2.2
  यदि आपको लगता है कि किसी तीसरे व्यक्ति को आपके यूजर नेम और पासवर्ड के बारे में पता है कृपया अपने अकाउंट में लॉगिन करें और तुरंत अपना पासवर्ड बदलने की रिक्वेस्ट डालें।
  
  2.2.3
  आप हमारी सर्विस को एक्सेस करके अपनी तरफ से बेट लगाते हैं, किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की तरफ से नहीं।
  
  2.2.4
  आप फिलीपींस, संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका (यूएसए), ताइवान, हांगकांग और सिंगापुर के निवासी नहीं हैं।
  
  2.2.5
  आपके द्वारा दी की गई और सिस्टम में रजिस्टर्ड सभी जानकारी सत्य, पूरी और सही है तथा आप इस तरह की जानकारी में किसी भी तरह का परिवर्तन होने पर तुरंत goa9 को सूचित करेंगे।
  
  2.2.6
  आप goa9 से प्राप्त होने वाली किसी भी जीत की रकम के लिए आपके देश या राज्य के अनुरूप कानूनों के तहत आप पर लागू किसी भी टैक्स रिपोर्टिंग और लेखांकन के लिए स्वतः ज़िम्मेदार हैं।
3. 2.3
  निलंबन और समापन

  बिना किसी नोटिस, और कारण के आपके अकाउंट को बंद करने या निलंबित करने का अधिकार goa9 के पास सुरक्षित है, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप आपके अकाउंट में जमा रकम और जीत की राशि जब्त हो सकती है यदि:
  
  (a)
  एक से अधिक मेम्बर अकाउंट (डुप्लिकेट / एकाधिक अकाउंट ) और या जानबूझकर बोनस दुरुपयोग करते हैं।
  
  (b)
  goa9 का मानना है कि आपने वेबसाइट, डाउनलोड किए गए सॉफ़्टवेयर और एप्लिकेशन का उपयोग कपटपूर्ण तरीके से या अवैध और/या गैरकानूनी या अनुचित उद्देश्यों के लिए किया है।
  
  (c)
  goa9 का मानना है कि आपने वेबसाइट, डाउनलोड किए गए सॉफ़्टवेयर और एप्लिकेशन और बैंकिंग विधियों का अनुचित तरीके से उपयोग किया है या जानबूझकर धोखा दिया है या goa9 और किसी भी अन्य संबंधित goa9 का अनुचित लाभ उठाया है।
  
  (d)
  यदि goa9 उपरोक्त (a) से (c) में उल्लिखित किसी भी कारण से बंद या निलंबित है, तो आप goa9 और अन्य संबंधित यूआरएल द्वारा किए गए किसी भी और सभी दावों, हानियों, लागतों और खर्चों के लिए उत्तरदायी होंगे और आप ऐसे किसी भी दावे की मांग करने पर goa9 को हानिरहित रखेंगे तथा क्षतिपूर्ति करेंगे।
  
  (e)
  goa9 जमा राशि सहित सभी राशियों को वापस लेने या जब्त करने का भी हकदार होगा, जो कि अन्यथा भुगतान किया जाता, जिसमें उपरोक्त (a) से (e) में संदर्भित किसी भी जीत, पुरस्कार, छूट और बोनस पेमेंट भी शामिल हैं।
  
  2.3.2
  goa9 को भविष्य में किसी भी ऐसे अकाउंट को निलंबित या बंद करने का एकमात्र और पूर्ण अधिकार है, जिसे goa9 यथोचित रूप से मानता है कि निलंबित/बंद अकाउंट एक ही मेम्बर, एक समूह/सिंडिकेट के मेम्बर द्वारा रजिस्टर्ड है। सभी बेट, बोनस और जीत बिना किसी सूचना और कारण बताए सभी संबंधित खातों में शून्य कर दिये जाएंगे। नियम 2.3 देखें।
3. डिपॉज़िट और विथ्ड्रॉअल
1. 3.1
  डिपॉज़िट

  goa9 के लिए हमारे पास केवल एक (1) करेंसी उपलब्ध है

  आपकी डिपॉज़िट एक बार के रोलओवर का विषय है सिर्फ उस शर्त में जब goa9 द्वारा सूचित किया जाए की रोलओवर को माफ कर दिया गया है। विथ्ड्रॉअल के लिए रिक्वेस्ट करने से पहले आपको एकमुश्त रोलओवर रिक्वाइरमेंट को पूरा करना होगा। यदि विथ्ड्रॉअल की रिक्वेस्ट करने से पहले डिपॉज़िट का पूरा उपयोग नहीं किया गया है, और यदि प्रमोशन के दौरान आपने किसी बोनस का दावा किया है, जहां goa9 आपके द्वारा प्रमोशन, जीत और goa9 से दावा किए गए किसी भी बोनस की राशि को काट दिया जाएगा और आपके विथ्ड्रॉअल रिक्वेस्ट को प्रोसैस करते समय उसमें से भुगतान फीस ले लिया जाएगा। यदि आवश्यक हो, तो विथ्ड्रॉअल अमाऊंट की वैल्यू उसी अनुपात में कम की जा सकती है। नियम 3.2 देखें।

  यदि डिपॉज़िट वैल्यू का पूरा इस्तेमाल नहीं जाता है तो सिस्टम आपकी विथ्ड्रॉअल रिक्वेस्ट को अस्वीकार कर देगा और विथ्ड्रॉअल रिक्वेस्ट से पहले रोलओवर रिक्वाइरमेंट पूरा करेगा।
  
  3.1.4

  सिर्फ वेबसाइट पर बेट लगाने के उद्देश्य से ही आपको अपने बेटिंग अकाउंट में पैसा जमा करना चाहिए। यदि हम यथोचित रूप से इस निष्कर्ष तक पहुँचते हैं या यह मानने का हमारे पास कारण है कि आपने goa9 के किसी नियम और शर्त का उल्लंघन किया है और/या यह मानते हैं कि goa9 वेबसाइट/दिए गए यूआरएल या अन्य ऑप्शन पर आपका धोखाधड़ी करने का कोई इरादा है, तो goa9 आपके अकाउंट को निलंबित या बंद कर देगा। ऐसी परिस्थितियों में, हम आपके अकाउंट से किसी भी जीती हुई बेट, बोनस प्रमोशन, डिस्काउंट, पुरस्कार और लेनदेन शुल्क को जब्त करने और/या डेबिट करने के अधिकारी होंगे।
  
  3.1.7
  यदि गलती से क्रेडिट या डुप्लीकेट लेन-देन जहां मानवीय त्रुटि, तकनीकी और/या सिस्टम त्रुटि के कारण गलत क्रेडिट के कारण आपके डिपॉज़िट में वृद्धि होती है, तो goa9 बिना किसी पक्षपात के अन्य उपायों का उपयोग करने, दावा करने और आपके अकाउंट में जमा किए गए अतिरिक्त मूल्य में कटौती करने हेतु बाध्य है। लेकिन जहां आपने पहले ही अतिरिक्त जमा राशि का उपयोग कर लिया है या किसी ऐसे अकाउंट से वापस ले लिया है जो आपका नहीं है, तो goa9 आपके द्वारा goa9 पर आपके द्वारा देय रकम से क्लैम करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है। नियम 3.4 देखें।
2. 3.2
  विथ्ड्रॉअल
  
  3.2.1
  विथ्ड्रॉअल सिर्फ रजिस्टर्ड अकाउंट होल्डर के नाम पर ही किया जा सकता है। नियम 2 देखें।
  
  3.2.2
  जहां संभव होगा, विथ्ड्रॉअल के सभी रिक्वेस्ट उसी भुगतान अकाउंट में प्रोसैस किए जाएंगे, जहां से उन्हें डिपॉज़िट किया गया था, जब तक कि अन्यथा न कहा गया हो और goa9 द्वारा सूचित न किया गया हो।
  
  3.2.3
  आपको अकाउंट में लॉगिन करना होगा और वेबसाइट पर विथ्ड्रॉअल चुनना होगा। विथ्ड्रॉअल सबमिशन इस बात पर निर्भर करेगा कि रिक्वेस्ट के समय आपके अकाउंट में पर्याप्त धनराशि है या नहीं।
  
  3.2.4
  रिक्वेस्ट कि गई विथ्ड्रॉअल राशि जमा करने पर आपके अकाउंट से डेबिट कर दी जाएगी (नियम 3.2.3 देखें) । विथ्ड्रॉअल के तहत "कैन्सल" पर क्लिक करें, यदि आप goa9 द्वारा आपके लेनदेन को प्रोसैस करने से पहले अपने विथ्ड्रॉअल रिक्वेस्ट को रद्द करना चाहते हैं। यदि विथ्ड्रॉअल लेनदेन किया गया हो और आपके बैंक अकाउंट और/या आपके पसंदीदा मोड में जाते समय आपसे कोई विथ्ड्रॉअल केंसलेशन नहीं किया जा सकता है।
  
  3.2.5
  यदि goa9 चार्जबैक करते हैं, तो हम आपके द्वारा खर्च की गई योगी राशि को रद्द करने, क्लैम करने और आपसे शुल्क लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं।
  
  3.2.6
  goa9 विथ्ड्रॉअल के रिक्वेस्ट संबंध में आपकी पहचान सुनिश्चित करने के लिए पहचान पत्र और दूसरे जरूरी कागजातों के लिए अनुरोध कर सकता है।
  
  3.2.7
  विथ्ड्रॉअल पर आपकी पसंद या विधि के चुनाव के आधार पर चार्जेस लग सकते हैं। goa9 आपसे कोई विथ्ड्रॉअल चार्ज नहीं लेता है। आपको सलाह दी जाती है कि आप अपने बैंक से खुद जांच करें कि क्या आपसे कोई हैंडलिंग शुल्क लिया जा रहा है।
  
  3.2.8
  अपने देश या राज्य में टैक्स हेतु अपनी जीत और हार से होने वाले नफे या नुकसान की रिपोर्टिंग करने के लिए आप स्वतः ही जिम्मेदार हैं।
4. मेम्बर प्रमोशन्स
1. 4.1
  goa9 प्रमोशन्स और बोनस एक व्यक्ति, एक परिवार, एक पता, एक ईमेल एड्रैस, एक टेलीफोन नंबर, एक बैंक अकाउंट होल्डर, एक ही आईपी एड्रैस तक सीमित हैं जब तक कि विशिष्ट शर्तों के तहत या अन्यथा न कहा गया हो, आपको एक से अधिक अकाउंट के लिए अनुमति लेनी होगी जिसके अप्रूवल के लिए आपको रिक्वेस्ट करने की जरूरत है लेकिन वो भी goa9 द्वारा स्वीकृत शर्तों के तहत, साथ ही इसकी अनुमति देना या ना देने के लिए हम स्वतंत्र है। आपका अकाउंट goa9 वेरीफिकेशन और अप्रूवल का विषय होगा। goa9 खातों को अनुमति/अनुमोदन और या निलंबित/बंद करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है। नियम 2.3 देखें।

  2.3 और 3.3.1.1 का संदर्भ लें। goa9 किसी भी मेम्बर या ग्रुप /सिंडिकेट मेम्बर को किसी भी ऑफर की उपलब्धता को किसी भी समय और हमारे एकमात्र और पूर्ण विवेक पर वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
3. 4.3
  goa9 प्रमोशन्स, फ्री बेट, बोनस केवल उन सदस्यों पर लागू होते हैं जिनके पास एक वैध अकाउंट है और उन्होंने सच में पैसा डिपॉज़िट किया है।
4. 4.4
  हर प्रमोशन के नियमों और शर्तों (टी एंड सी) को पढ़ने, समझने और सहमत होने की आपकी ही ज़िम्मेदारी है। यदि किसी भी प्रमोशन के नियमों का उल्लंघन किया जाता है या आपके द्वारा धोखाधड़ी या जानबूझकर दांव की एक श्रृंखला लगाकर काम करने का कोई सबूत मिलता है और किसी मेम्बर या समूह/सिंडिकेट/पेशेवर सदस्यों द्वारा रखी गई, मिलीभगत या चिप डंपिंग जो एक जमा बोनस, छूट, मुफ्त दांव या किसी अन्य प्रचार प्रस्ताव के कारण होती है। goa9 आपके अकाउंट और/या समूह खातों से ऐसे ऑफ़र, जीत, और भुगतान शुल्क का दावा करने, रद्द और निरस्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है। नियम 2.3 देखें।
5. निपटान और भुगतान

  निपटारा

  सभी बेट्स खेल और खेल नियमों के अधीन हैं, जिसमें प्रत्येक उत्पाद अवधि में निर्धारित न्यूनतम और अधिकतम दांव राशि शामिल है।

  goa9 किसी भी मार्केट को निलंबित करने और/या त्रुटि के कारण किसी भी समय किसी भी दांव को रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है। goa9 बिना किसी सूचना के किसी भी समय किसी भी मार्केट, गेम्स या प्रॉडक्ट पर दांव लगाना बंद करने का अधिकार भी सुरक्षित है।
  
  5.1.3
  यदि धोखे से कोई गलत परिणाम घोषित हो जाता है और तो सभी बेट्स को शून्य माना जाएगा या पुनर्गणना की जाएगी और अकाउंट में समायोजित कर के मेम्बर अकाउंट में सैटल किया जाता है। अप्रत्याशित त्रुटि जो की किसी तकनीकी या मानवीय त्रुटि के कारण हुई हो या अन्यथा कोई भी कारण हो, आपके अकाउंट की राशि goa9 की संपत्ति ही रहेगी।
  
  (a)
  गलत परिणाम और निपटान
  
  (b)
  गलती से क्रेडिट या मेम्बर अकाउंट में गलत जमा होने की स्थिति में
  
  (c)
  जीत जो किसी मेम्बर से संबंधित नहीं है
  
  (d)
  गलती से भुगतान कर दिया गया हो और मेम्बर ने पहले ही आंशिक/पूर्ण धन वापस ले लिया है जो की मेम्बर का नहीं है। goa9 के पास अन्य उपायों और कार्रवाइयों में बिना किसी पूर्वाग्रह के आपके द्वारा goa9 पर आपके देय ऋण को वसूलने के सभी अधिकार हैं।
  
  (e)
  यदि निर्धारित शर्तें और इसके प्रावधानों के कारण बेट रद्द या शून्य हो गई है: यदि इवेंट/मैच का स्थान बदल गया है
  
  5.1.4
  जहां आधिकारिक "ऑफ" घोषित किए बिना कोई इवेंट होता है, वहां इवेंट के विज्ञापित किक-ऑफ समय को "ऑफ" माना जाएगा। ऐसे सिनेरियो में जहां "लाइव इन-रनिंग" बेटिंग के अलावा किसी ईवेंट के शुरू होने के बाद अनजाने में बेट स्वीकार कर ली जाती है, जबकि वेबसाइट पर स्पष्ट रूप से कहा गया है, बेट्स मान्य होंगी, बशर्ते कि बेट लगाने और पुष्टि के समय अंतिम परिणाम ज्ञात न हो। यदि इवेंट का परिणाम ज्ञात है, तो goa9 बेट से हुई हार या जीत को निरस्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
  
  5.1.5
  "लाइव इन-रनिंग" (लाइव इन रनिंग, बेटिंग इन रनिंग, लाइव इन प्ले) इवेंट या मैच जैसे इवेंट में जहां हमारे पास यह मानने का कारण है कि किसी इवेंट या मैच के परिणाम के बाद बेट लगाई जाती है। . goa9 इवेंट/मैच बेट से हुई हार या जीत को निरस्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
  
  5.1.6
  यदि एक ही मेम्बर या ग्रुप/सिंडिकेट द्वारा या उसके लिए बेट्स की सिरीज़, दोनों साइड पर बेट, या एक ही सिलेक्सन को शामिल करने का सबूत है, तो goa9 किसी भी मेम्बर पर उचित कारणों के आधार पर मानता है कि उसने सिस्टम और वेबसाइट के साथ धोखाधड़ी करने का काम किया है, तो goa9 किसी भी पेंडिंग भुगतान को निलंबित और/या बंद करने, रद्द करने, निरस्त करने और रोकने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
  
  5.1.7
  कृपया बेट लगाने से पहले सुनिश्चित करें कि आपके बेट के सभी विवरण सही हैं। एक बार आपकी रिक्वेस्ट कन्फ़र्म हो जाने के बाद आपके बेट को रद्द या बदला नहीं जाएगा।

  बेट तभी स्वीकार और पुष्टि की जाएगी जब आपके अकाउंट में पर्याप्त धनराशि और धनराशि मान्य होगी। जहां बेट स्वीकार की जाती है, यदि किसी मेम्बर के अकाउंट में अनधिकृत धनराशि प्राप्त होती है या तकनीकी त्रुटि, गलत क्रेडिटिंग के कारण आपके अकाउंट की शेष राशि में अचानक वृद्धि होती है, तो किसी भी जीत/हार पर सभी बेट रद्द कर दी जाएंगी।

  यदि कोई विवाद उत्पन्न होता है, तो आप और goa9 इस बात से सहमत हैं कि goa9 से लिया गया सिस्टम ट्रैंज़ैक्शन लॉग ही अंतिम निर्णय होगा।

  पेआउट

  एक मेम्बर के लिए दिन में (24 घंटे के भीतर) हर जीत पर भुगतान या अलग-अलग बेट, बेट टाइप्स से अधिकतम भुगतान :
